Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using samuraistorejp.com(the "Site") operated by SAMURAI STORE JAPAN ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

SAMURAI STORE JAPAN is an online retailer based in Japan, specializing in the international sale of pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories. We source our inventory from Japan through legitimate channels and ship to customers worldwide (excluding Japan — see Section 9).

2. Condition of Goods

All items sold on the Site are pre-owned (used) goods. Each item's condition is described in the product listing using our standard condition grading. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• The item is pre-owned and may show signs of prior use consistent with its stated condition grade.
• Product photographs accurately represent the item to the best of our ability; however, minor color variations may occur due to screen calibration differences.
• All items are inspected in Japan for authenticity and condition before listing.
• Measurements and weights provided in listings are approximate.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices on the Site are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices include applicable fees but may not include all local import duties and taxes (see Section 4). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your confirmed order will apply to that transaction.

4. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

All orders include free international shipping from Japan.

• United States (DDP): Orders to the US are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). A duty surcharge of 15.5% is included in the listed price. No additional customs charges will be assessed upon delivery.
• All other destinations (DDU): Orders shipped outside the US are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. For complete details, please review our Return Policy.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that every item listed on the Site is 100% authentic. All items are inspected by our team in Japan before listing. If an item is determined to be inauthentic after purchase, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs, regardless of the 30-day return window.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product photographs, descriptions, logos, and design elements, is the property of SAMURAI STORE JAPAN or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Photographs will exactly match the physical item in every detail (minor color variation may occur due to lighting and screen calibration).
• Delivery will occur within the estimated timeframe; delays may result from customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

9. Geographic Restrictions

We do not accept orders with a shipping destination in Japan. Attempting to purchase with a Japanese delivery address will be declined at checkout. This restriction exists due to domestic import/export regulations and our business model.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAMURAI STORE JAPAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a purchase, we encourage you to first contact us directly at support@samuraistorejp.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
